Abstract: Strip mosaicing in a confocal microscope allows imaging of cellular morphology over large-area tissue for rapid pathology at the bedside. We scan 10 mm long strips and stitch to display 100 mm2 in five minutes. © 2011 OSA: BODA/NTM/OMP/OTA.
