Article Title: Limb mutants: What can they tell us about normal limb development?
Abstract: Classical mutations and those that derive from gene targeting have provided an important resource to explore the molecular control of vertebrate limb development. Recent studies have combined molecular analysis of limb mutants with embryological approaches to understand the regulation of limb patterning and growth.
