Article Title: Insights into the finer issues of native chemical ligation: An approach to cascade ligations
Abstract: Maximizing by minimizing: An efficient and broadly useful two-step ligation protocol was developed. Important mechanistic issues of ligation were probed from competition studies on the formation of diastereomeric ligation products. This study provides a valuable approach to facilitate polypeptide synthesis by minimizing protecting group manipulations and intermediate isolations. Copyright © 2010 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
