Article/Chapter Title: Reverse lymphatic mapping for vascularized lymph node transplant
Abstract: Reverse lymphatic mapping utilizes sentinel lymph node biopsy techniques to preserve the lymph nodes draining an extremity during vascularized lymph node transplant (VLNT) harvest from within a regional lymphatic basin. This technique has greatly reduced the risk of development of iatrogenic donor limb lymphedema. Herein the techniques for reverse lymphatic mapping are detailed. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2022. All rights reserved.
