Article Title: | Individually distinct transplantation antigens of chemically induced mouse tumors |
Abstract: | Tumor-specific antigens have been the philosopher's stone of tumor immunology. The best candidates for these elusive molecules are the tumor rejection antigens of chemically induced sarcomas of mice. Although much studied, these antigens have defied molecular definition. As Pramod Srivastava and Lloyd Old review here, a recently discovered family of 96 kDa cell surface glycoproteins may hold the answer to this unresolved problem. © 1988. |
