Title: A comparison of methods for analysis of mRNA in hematopoietic cells: Conventional and clonal northern analysis and in situ hybridization
Conference Title: 3rd Annual Symposium on Molecular Biology of Hemopoiesis
Abstract: Three methods for the detection of mRNA in hematopoietic cells are addressed, and examples using these techniques to examine human leukemic cells' genetic response to chemical and biological response modifiers shown. The limitations and specific applications of the three techniques are discussed.
