Article Title: T1-201 uptake in recurrent pigmented villonodular synovitis: Correlation with three-phase bone imaging
Abstract: TI-201 imaging followed by three-phase bone imaging with Tc-99m MDP in this patient identified a thallium-avid hypervascular soft tissue mass between the prosthetic metallic surfaces of the right knee that proved on histologic examination to be recurrent pigmented villonodular synovitis. This may be first reported case of thallium uptake in pigmented villonodular synovitis.
