Abstract: Breast implant-associated anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) is a rare type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has been described in the context of breast implant reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. This second article presents the consensus of the Spanish Society of Senology and Breast Disease (SESPM) on the medical and surgical treatment of this disease, radiotherapy, prognosis and follow-up. © 2019 SESPM
