Article Title: Advances in the development of convergent schemes for the synthesis of biologically important glycoconjugates
Abstract: The use of glycals, both as glycosyl donors and as glycosyl acceptors in convergent routes to complex glycoconjugates is described. The use of glycosylation, iodoglycosylation and azaglycosylation protocols en route to a variety of goal structures, including glycopeptides, is reported. © 1995 IUPAC
