Abstract: Retinoblastoma is the most common intraocular tumor of childhood with an average age at diagnosis is 18 months. First-line intra-arterial chemotherapy is very promising for intraocular retinoblastoma and may be superior to intravenous chemotherapy or external beam radiotherapy. Intra-arterial chemotherapy is associated with tolerable systemic toxicity. © Springer-Verlag London 2014. All rights reserved.
