Article Title: Native fluorescence spectroscopy of normal and malignant epithelial cells
Abstract: Native fluorescence spectroscopy of normal human oral and malignant epithelial cells was studied under uv excitation. Differences were observed in the excitation spectra between normal and malignant epithelial cells for 340 nm emission. The observed differences may be utilized for both discrimination and changes associated with the amino acid residues in the cellular proteins.
