Article Title: TETs link hydrogen sulfide to immune tolerance
Abstract: Demethylation of the Foxp3 locus maintains gene expression and Treg cell stability. Yang et al. (2015) show that the gasotransmitter hydrogen sulfide co-operates with growth factor TGF-β and interleukin-2 to activate Tet-mediated DNA demethylation of Foxp3 to promote immune tolerance. © 2015 Elsevier Inc.
