Abstract: Reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) may permit in-vivo diagnosis of pigmented basal cell carcinomas. RCM demonstrated distinctive aggregations of tumor cells forming cords and nodules of variable brightness, associated with bright granular and dendritic structures. © 2006 Optical Society of America.
