Article Title: An update on therapy of primary central nervous system lymphoma
Abstract: The most important advance in primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma treatment has been the convincing data that high-dose methotrexate-based chemotherapy regimens improve survival compared to historical controls treated with radiotherapy alone. However, the optimal treatment approach is still unclear and therapy can be associated with long-term neurotoxicity. Current research focuses on maximizing survival while minimizing neurologic sequelae.
