| Abstract: | As I take a legal approach to religion and spirituality, I reflection on how a chaplain can be beneficial as a resource to ethical concerns that medical teams and patients/caregivers face. This rather new approach can help medical professionals to understand the scope of a chaplain's work and to distinguish the work of a chaplain from that of clergy in organized religion. |
