Abstract: Spinal meningiomas are the second most common intradural extramedullary tumor and are commonly encountered in neurosurgical practice. In the era of widespread access to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), these tumors can be encountered incidentally, leaving patients and referring providers anxious for treatment recommendations. This chapter will systematically address considerations for diagnosis and management of spinal meningioma. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2020.
