Title: Transplantation of marrow-depleted T cells by soybean lectin agglutination and E-rosette depletion: Major histocompatibility complex-related graft resistance in leukemic transplant recipients
Conference Title: 10th International Congress of the Transplantation Society
Abstract: This report will summarize our current results, which again demonstrate that such grafts abrogate GVHD, permitting successful transplants from HLA-nonidentical donors, but also indicate the need for improved immunosuppressive regimens to overcome host resistance to histoincompatible T cell-depleted marrow grafts.
