Article Title: Rapid virologic response to brincidofovir in children with disseminated adenovirus infection
Abstract: Disseminated adenovirus infections (d-ADV) after hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) are often fatal with limited treatment options. Brincidofovir (BCV) a lipid ester of cidofovir is developed for this indication. We report four pediatric HCT recipients with d-ADV treated successfully with BCV.
