| Abstract: | An automated computer-controlled, multipurpose synthesizer, featuring a novel method for the transport of liquids, was constructed and used in the synthesis of oligomers containing some C-nucleoside and 2'-deoxy-2'-fluoronucleoside moieties by the H-phosphonate procedure. The synthetic method and some prospects for biological use are outlined. |
