Abstract: The applied quantitative science pharmacometrics has significantly enhanced cancer therapeutics development. Pharmacometrics is now improving our understanding of complex diagnostics. Through the concept of convergence and methods of quantitative and systems pharmacology, pharmacometrics is poised to interconnect mathematical models of disease and therapy to advance cancer care. © 2019 American Association for Cancer Research.
