Article Title: Radiation for primary spine tumors
Abstract: Malignant primary tumors of the spine present difficult management problems because of the complexities of en bloc resection and their chemoresistance and radioresistance. A combination of radiation techniques and advances in systemic therapy may ultimately provide improved local tumor control and cure for these treatment-resistant tumors. © 2008 Elsevier Inc.
