Article Title: The genetics of colorectal cancer
Abstract: This article reviews the genetic alterations that are thought to play a role in the development of sporadic and hereditary forms of colorectal cancer. It also highlights their potential utility in clinical practice, especially in the field of presymptomatic diagnostic testing for hereditary forms of colorectal cancer.
