Article Title: Contemporary issues in the management of endometrial cancer
Abstract: Several important issues exist in the management of endometrial cancer, including the possible induction of endometrial cancer by tamoxifen; the newly developed surgical staging system; the increasing use of minimal access surgery, including laparoscopy; the role of postoperative adjuvant therapy: the frequency and extent of follow-up visits and surveillance; and the use of estrogen replacement therapy in women with a history of endometrial cancer.
