Abstract: Flow cytometric analysis is now routinely used in the evaluation of patients with hématologie malignancy. It provides the clinician with useful diagnostic information in a relatively short period of time. As the technology improves, the ability to monitor the effects of therapy should become more widespread adding further clinical value to an already important laboratory based tool.
