Article Title: Coamplification and cooperation: Toward identifying biologically relevant oncogenes
Abstract: Identification of biologically relevant genes from genomic assays is limited by the complexity of changes present in most solid tumors. Assessing for coactivation of functionally related genes resulted in the identification of SENP2, DCUN1D1, and DVL3-consensus candidates that drive selection for 3q amplification in lung squamous cell carcinomas. © 2013 AACR.
