Review Title: Haematopoietic stem cell transplant for inborn errors of immunity—Who and when?
Abstract: Allogeneic haematopoietic cell transplant offers a potential cure for patients with inborn errors of immunity (IEI) but comes with its own set of complications and toxicities. In this nutshell article, we discuss factors that impact definitive therapy decisions in patients with IEI. © 2025 British Society for Haematology and John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
