Title: Expanding the utility of precision oncology knowledge bases
Abstract: Precision oncology knowledge bases currently provide cancer clinicians with a point-of-care interpretation of the therapeutic actionability of somatic genomic sequencing results. Here, we discuss key deficiencies in these knowledge bases that present as opportunities for the next generation of data annotation. © Springer Nature Limited 2025.
