Title: SWI/SNF regulation of germinal center fate and lymphomagenesis
Abstract: The mSWI/SNF subunits ARID1A and SMARCA4 are mutated in B cell lymphomas. Now, Barisic et al. and Deng et al. find that loss of ARID1A or SMARCA4 contributes to lymphomagenesis by causing B cells to aberrantly re-enter germinal centers where they undergo repeated rounds of proliferation and somatic hypermutation. © 2024 Elsevier Inc.
