Article Title: A rare breast cancer in a patient with pierced nipples
Abstract: Paget disease of the breast is a rare form of breast cancer that affects the nipple and areolar complex. Clinicians should have a high suspicion for this condition in patients who fail conservative treatment for benign-appearing dermatologic findings regardless of age or sex. This article describes a patient with whose presumed nipple infection was initially thought to be related to her nipple piercing. © 2022 American Academy of Physician Associates.
