Article Title: Status of radiotherapy in the management of non-small-cell lung cancer
Abstract: In non-small-cell lung cancer, a small percentage of patients is suitable for intensive radiation therapy, and radiation combined with surgery also has been used to treat patients with non-small-cell lung cancer that has spread within the chest. Pre or postoperative radiation therapy is used to improve resectability and to reduce local recurrence.
