Title: Lymph node dissection for advanced bladder cancer: Is there a role?
Abstract: The role of a thorough pelvic lymph node dissection at radical cystectomy for high risk bladder cancer is an important component for quality surgical care. Selected patients with advanced disease involving the retroperitoneal lymph nodes (limited nodal disease, significant response to systemic therapy, and the ability to resect all sites of prior involvement) may benefit from surgical resection. © 2019 European Association of Urology
