Article Title: Intradural metastases of chordoma
Abstract: Metastatic spread of chordoma usually occurs in an advanced state of the disease. The common sites of metastases are lungs, bones, skin, and lymph nodes. A review of the literature revealed no previous reports of chordoma metastasizing to the subarachnoid space from a distant primary focus.
