Article Title: Intracellular membrane fusion
Abstract: Protein trafficking and membrane assembly are accomplished in eukaryotes by the specific targeting and fusion of vesicles. In this review we describe some of the molecules implicated as components of the fusion apparatus, and evidence that suggests the same factors are recruited for a variety of intracellular fusion events. © 1991.
