Article Title: | Borderline tumors of the ovary |
Abstract: | Epithelial tumors of low-malignant potential comprise approximately 4% to 14% of all ovarian malignancies. The younger age of patients and earlier stage at diagnosis compared with invasive ovarian cancers makes conservative surgery an important issue. The role of chemotherapy in patients with advanced disease is controversial. |
