Article Title: Recent advances in the management of adrenal incidentalomas
Abstract: Modern imaging techniques have made adrenal incidentaloma a relatively common diagnostic problem. When an incidental adrenal mass is found, the clinician must try to determine its etiology and functionality, and the likelihood of malignancy. This task is complicated further in patients with a history of extra-adrenal malignancy. In this article, we present a review of the literature and propose a diagnostic algorithm for management of adrenal incidentalomas.
