Abstract:	In this issue of Cancer Cell, Ceribelli et al. use functional genomic and chemical screening to reveal the existence of a TCF4/BRD4-dependent oncogenic regulatory network in blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) and demonstrate that BPDCN cells are highly sensitive to therapeutic targeting of this novel dependency. © 2016 Elsevier Inc.
